Telehealth: doxy.me/drginaramirez

Dr. Gina Ramirez is a board-certified pediatrician who has been in practice since 2010. She first found her passion for pediatrics in the delivery room during medical school. Witnessing the miracle of birth, and watching the tiny newborns take their first breath was awe-inspiring and ignited a flame for her future in pediatrics. Her other academic interests include maternal mental health and maternal-infant bonding, early childhood literacy, sleep hygiene and injury prevention and safety.

Outside of the office, she is passionate about children’s advocacy and giving back to the community. She has been a past member of Moms Demand Action, a gun violence prevention group that promotes safe storage of firearms around children, has previously served on the board of Every Woman’s Place, a women’s and children’s shelter in Muskegon, and is currently a member of Muskegon County chapter of Women Who Care, a philanthropic organization.

In her personal life, Dr. Ramirez enjoys spending time outdoors, playing tennis or pickleball, listening to live music, and reading. She lives in Spring Lake with her husband, David, and two children, Ethan and Emma, plus two furry critters.
